Data Quality Snapshot
For one representative, non-sensitive CSV or Excel file.
- Three priority quality findings
- Recommended cleanup and validation rules
- Suggested deduplication key
- Fixed-price implementation recommendation
Metaworld Systems turns a clearly bounded manual task into a tested automation, integration, data pipeline, or operations module. Published and quoted rates are firm. Custom implementation receives one flat fee after the inputs, rules, exceptions, and acceptance examples are written down.
A diagnostic produces a useful artifact and a fixed-price recommendation. It does not include production implementation or require production credentials.
For one representative, non-sensitive CSV or Excel file.
For one repetitive business process.
For two documented systems or one API and a file/database destination.
For a connected workflow that needs rules, approvals, exceptions, or reporting.
The exact package limits and firm price are written before work begins. Rates are not negotiated downward. Software subscriptions, paid APIs, ongoing hosting, regulated workflows, and features outside the stated package are separate.
Cleaned output plus a report showing what changed, what failed validation, and why.
One visible, testable workflow built with the simplest reliable fit across n8n, Make, Zapier, or Python.
Connect documented systems without duplicate records or silent failures.
One to three connected workflows or modules with explicit business rules and an accountable launch boundary.
A revision corrects delivered work against the accepted requirement or example. A client-requested new rule, source, endpoint, workflow, integration, output, volume, platform constraint, or delivery requirement is new scope. It receives a separately accepted, premium-priced change order covering added and invalidated work and may reset delivery.
Fully put-together builds with the same discipline as our automations: a written specification, one firm fixed price, test examples, and a documented operational handoff. Ownership, licensing, handover, and reuse terms are stated in writing before work begins. Starting anchors cover the simplest qualifying scope; every build is quoted as one firm flat fee from the written specification.
A complete website built from planning through launch — fast, low-maintenance, and documented for operation after handoff.
Your website plus the behind-the-scenes handling behind it — one accountable delivery boundary.
A private dashboard like the one we run ourselves, built around the way you already work.
The dashboard, and we host it, watch it, and stay on hand to help — with a clear way out if you ever move on.
Our build-time tools do not require you to buy us an account, and a static site has no ongoing AI subscription cost. When delivery or testing requires your runtime, hosting, API, or automation account, access is limited to the approved scope. Those services are billed to you directly — or we run them under a monthly spending limit you set in writing, and we stop at that limit rather than exceed it.
Describe the trigger, current steps, tools, and exact successful outcome.
We name inputs, exceptions, limits, access, acceptance examples, firm price, and delivery.
The delivery is tested against the agreed examples and includes evidence and documentation.
Scoped defects are corrected; client-requested extensions require a separate change order.
Package builds on Fiverr, starter kits on Gumroad, and pay-per-result tools on Apify check out through each platform, under that platform's own payment and product terms.
Direct work is invoiced by Metaworld LLC through Mercury, our U.S. business bank. Pay by ACH or wire with no added fee, or by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through the invoice's secure payment link. Invoices are sent by email once the written specification is accepted.
Email the process, tools involved, and one non-sensitive example. Do not send passwords, API keys, private customer data, or other sensitive information. We will tell you whether a diagnostic or implementation package fits.
