Do I receive source or workflow files?
Readable source or workflow files listed in the package or custom offer are included. Ownership, license, handover, and reuse terms are stated in writing before work begins. Tell us before ordering if you need a specific handover arrangement.
How do you quote?
Published and quoted rates are firm. Custom work receives one flat fee from a written specification before work starts; rates are not negotiated downward. If a small automation solves it, we'll say so.
How do I pay?
Marketplace orders on Fiverr, Gumroad, and Apify check out through each platform. Direct diagnostics and custom builds are invoiced by Metaworld LLC through Mercury, our U.S. business bank: pay by ACH or wire with no added fee, or by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through the invoice's secure payment link. What if the specification changes?
A correction against the accepted specification is a defect. A client-requested new integration, rule, source, output, volume, platform constraint, or delivery requirement is new scope. It receives a separately accepted, premium-priced change order for the added and invalidated work and may reset delivery.
What if it breaks?
If delivered work does not match an accepted requirement or example, we correct that scoped defect as stated in the written engagement. New requirements and ongoing support are separately scoped.
What do you build on?
Whatever fits the job: n8n, Make, or Zapier for workflow automation; custom Python for data engineering and anything bespoke. We choose the simplest reliable tool, not the flashiest.
How is project data handled?
We limit collection, use, and sharing to the engagement and approved providers. Retention, deletion, vendor, and access terms are stated in the written engagement. Do not send passwords, API keys, private customer data, or other sensitive information by email.
